Average Prices continue to climb year over year but are down slightly from last month, as anticipated monthly sales are lower than last years booming market . The Ratio of sales to listings continues to rise and if this trend continues we may see upward movement in prices again.

Hi Kathy, the market here in Oakville is very comparable. Year to date the average and median prices are up 1 % over 2009. Not much but it shows that prices haven't gone down.
